Generations of Hospitality
Los Leones is a fourth-generation, family-owned hospitality and real estate group based in San Antonio, Texas. With roots dating back to 1946 and the founding of Casa Rio—the oldest restaurant on the River Walk—Los Leones has played a vital role in shaping the city’s culinary and cultural landscape. Today, the group owns and operates a portfolio of beloved local institutions, including Schilo’s and Broadway News, continuing its commitment to preserving tradition while evolving for future generations.

“The food was delicious. I was surprised how little we had to wait. We were told it would take about forty five minutes but only took about ten minutes. There is both outdoor and indoor seating. It was also happy and festive being there around St Patrick’s Day and the water being dyed a bright green. If you are in town go to the river walk and definitely eat at this restaurant.”
